Andalusia 2012 – A Travelogue – part 4 – Tangier

This is part 4 of a 7-part travelogue. On this leg of the trip the writer, who is staying in Jerez, takes a day trip to Tangier in Morocco.

The article is an interesting account of the cultural contrast between North Africa and the European mainland where they are spending the majority of their trip. The party use two different guides to help them find their way around the city, although this help is rather forced upon them and the writer discusses how to approach paying for these services.

There are plenty of amazingly brightly coloured and well-composed photos and atmospheric description of the street market (Medina) in particular, as well as the authentic restaurant in which they ate.
